First Choice Martial Arts will be hosting a FREE Parents Self-Defense Class on Sunday October 6th from 9:00am - 9:50am. This is intended for participants that are interested in martial arts training. The class will consist of a workout, instruction on basic martial arts strikes and will end with self-defense training.
